KEEPING IT SIMPLE
We keep things simple by directly giving your Zakat donations to needy Zakat recipients who own less than the calculated Nisāb value. Our policy is strict: no Zakat money spent on projects, overhead or fees. We simply transfer the Zakat funds you give to us to trusted partners who distribute it directly to Zakat recipients, i.e. a direct transfer of wealth. This is the most agreed upon Zakat policy and we abide by it to be safe in fulfilling the religious requirement.

Bangladesh
In 2024 Jabal partnered with a local welfare trust in Bangladesh to provide zakat within the village of Ashrafpur Shaheb Bari. Our partner’s zakat facilitator locates needy members of the local village population who own less than the Nisāb value, including orphans, students in need, and individuals burdened with heavy debt.
