Jabal Foundation hopes to build lasting good in the community that will continue on even after we pass. We’ve partnered with Afterfund.co to create an Islamic endowment for our projects, known as a waqf, that will continue to grow through halal investments and benefit others for years to come, inshāAllah.

The waqf represents a commitment to generational social welfare, enabling individuals and institutions to dedicate assets for charitable purposes such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure. Some of these waqf endowments were established over a thousand years ago and continue to sustain vital projects to this day, illustrating the timelessness of this Islamic charitable model. For example, the waqf of Uthman ibn Affan, may God be pleased with him, continues to benefit others over 1400 years later (see here).
