Jabal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization (EIN #92-3844405) incorporated in Arizona, United States. References to "we," "us," or "Jabal Foundation" in these Terms refer to Jabal Foundation and its board of directors.

You may use jabalfoundation.org for lawful purposes only. You may not: • Use the site to impersonate Jabal Foundation or misrepresent your affiliation with us • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content without permission • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the site to distribute spam or malicious content • Reproduce substantial portions of our content without attribution and permission

Donations made through this website are processed by Stripe and are governed by Stripe's terms of service. Donations to Jabal Foundation are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days at jabalfoundation@gmail.com and we will review your request. Jabal Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by US law. We provide tax receipts via email for each donation. We make no representations about the deductibility of donations under non-US tax law.

When you designate a donation as Zakat, Jabal Foundation treats it as an amanah (trust) and distributes 100% of it to verified eligible recipients, consistent with Islamic law. Jabal Foundation does not issue fatwas or provide Islamic legal rulings. Donors are responsible for determining whether their Zakat is correctly calculated according to their own madhab (school of Islamic jurisprudence). Our Zakat calculator is provided for general informational purposes only.

All content on jabalfoundation.org, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Islamic geometric patterns used in our design is owned by Jabal Foundation or licensed for our use. You may share links to our pages and quote limited portions with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes.

Impact numbers, beneficiary counts, and program statistics published on this website are based on field reports submitted by our field coordinators and reviewed by our board. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, field conditions may affect the precision of reported figures. We note estimated figures with a "~" symbol.

Our website may link to third-party websites (partner organizations, payment processors, etc.). These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jabal Foundation does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, Jabal Foundation's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you donated in the 30 days preceding the claim. Jabal Foundation is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
