A hot meal, every week.
Hunger is not an emergency for the families we serve. It is the ordinary condition of the month. So our meal work is built to be regular rather than dramatic: the same families, the same week, the same food they would have cooked themselves.

How we run them
The rules are the same in both places.

Cooked and eaten locally
We buy from local markets and cook with local hands wherever we can. The money stays in the community that receives the food.

Weekly, not occasional
A family that eats once during Ramadan is still hungry in July. Our Indonesia distribution has run every week since October 2023.

Each distribution comes back photographed before it is closed in our books and published.
